FHA Loan after separation

What is the name of your state? FL
Can I apply for FHA loan by myself, after being separated from my wife? And what do I do to protect myself so she can't be able to have any claims for the property

Take the loan out in your name and don't put her on the deed...better yet file for divorce first, the by the property after the divorce to be absolutely sure. or consult a local real estate/family law attorney.
