I just went through a foreclosure in CA and want to file suit against a number of parties "In Pro Per." How do I go about doing this? What forms do I need?
Where do I start and what are the steps that need to be taken?

You do understand that you're going to get eaten alive in court, right? You be up against (at least) one attorney who is extremely well versed in this area of law.

This is likely not a DIY project.
