Forclosure

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona
The property that I am renting my apartment on is going up for sale due to foreclosure in November. What rights do I have? And will I be kicked out of my apartment without any warning or notice?

If the foreclosure goes through, the new owner is required to give you at least 90 days advance notice to vacate. If you have a fixed-term lease, you may be entitled to stay until the end of the term.

You do need to continue to pay rent, since either the current owner or new owner could evict you for nonpayment, and you would not be entitled to the 90-day notice.
