forclosure questions


I recently bought a home in Texas. i received a home improvement loan from the owner of the house who is the lender. i used all the money on the house but the windows have been paid for out of my pocket i am now being foreclosed on by him do i have the right to take with me the windows or can i be sued over this..? and how long is the forecloser process in Texas step by step.

No you can't take the windows.
Yes you can be sued.

If your loan documents included a power of sale, the foreclosure only requires a 21 day notice at the courthouse and mailed (certificate of mailing is all that is required, they don't have to prove you receive it) to you.
