| | | Forclosure and a tennant? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
I have a lease and my family is living in a home the owner called me today and said to stop paying rent that he has not made a payment since august and he is letting the home go in foreclosure and that i could stay there as long as i want! my question is that once the bank takes over how long do they have to give me to get out? thanks in advance |
