foreclosed on in TX, what now?

What is the name of your state? TEXAS

my home has just been foreclosed on. I had a mortgage company that was going to refinance my home for me and Wells Fargo wouldn't stop the foreclosure. is it still possible for me to keep/refinance/purchase my home?
If not, approx how long before I get the notice to vacate? and how long will I have once I get the notice?

The lender is now attempting to convert the refi to an outright purchase. Problem is, I now have a foreclosure on my credit. BUT, I can't get straight answers from Wells Fargo as to whether I can even purchase the home back from them. TX does not have a redemption period and I don't know if it is legal for me to attempt a buy back at this point.

You can do one of two things:

1. Move into that single-wide you've had your eye on, or

2. Find a large refrigerator box and a sidewalk in front of your neighborhood WalMart. Mmmmmmm, good livin'.
