Foreclosue - Wifes Credit Report

What is the name of your state? TEXAS

I own a home that might soon be going to foreclosure. My wifes name is on the deed but is not on the loan documents. If the mortgage company forecloses on this home, will the foreclosure show up on my wifes credit report since she did not sign any of the loan documents?

Hi, same situation here. What ever happened? Did you get a response. it's been over two years and nothing has shown up on my credit report. Dawn
