Foreclosure of 1 house

What is the name of your state? MN
If I have 2 different properties, would foreclosure on one property have any effect on the other? Any help would be appreciated!

If I understand your question correctly, if one house is foreclosed on (and subsequently sold), that lender could get a "deficiency judgement" against you for the balance. Then that lender could conceivably get a lien put on your second house.
But would they? Who knows?
