Foreclosure

What is the name of your state? Michigan

Once a home has been foreclosed on, how long do you have before you have to vacate? The home was purchased by a real estate company.

**A: it depends on if the court issued a writ or possession or not. If not, then it is up to the new owners.

How do we find that out? We have received nothing from the court. Only an offer of $600 from a real estate agent to move within 2 weeks. The home was purchased by ReMax realators.
