Foreclosure: 2nd mortgage loanWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California My home was recently foreclosed. The first lender sold the home. But I had a second loan, who is now trying to collect the balance. Two loans were used in order for me to qualify to purchase the home. Can the bank (Bank of America) sue me? |
