What is the name of your state? NY (Suffolk County). My brother was behind on the mortgage, and I was told that he took out (2) mortgages, as a result the house is going to be foreclosed and the bank said that we owed 80,000. Are we responsible for paying that amount?And Can I buy the house from my dad? |
