foreclosure


What is the name of your state? indiana
my husband is 70 years old 'i am 59 . 5 years ago we put a down payment on our doublewide moduler ; at that time i was in good health '2 years ago i started getting sick i found out i have 3 cronnic illness. my doctor told me i will never be able towork again i am on social security dis-ability; my husband is on regular social security . we have filed bankrupcy
and that has been dismissed. we tried to keep our home an 1 vehicle .but we can no longer keep our payments up on our home.we are not going to be able to stay here untill it sells ;because we can not afford the utilites and taxes. what will happen if we have to go into a
foreclosure? we can not file bankrupcy again for 7 years.

Foreclosure on your home has no bearing on your previous bankruptcy. If you stop making the payments, to bank will step in and foreclose on the loan.
Have you contacted any county agencies for help?

I think the Op is just saying they can not use another bankruptcy to halt the foreclosure.
