foreclosure

What is the name of your state? nevada

My parents bought a house in Las Vegas 15 years ago and both are deceased over 12 years... Their will stipulated that my younger brother, who was the executor, and I each got 1/3 of their estate and since we each have one natural daughter, they were to get 1/6 each.... None of us had bothered my brother since my parents had expressed the wish that he would have this home, but did not state it in their will.... He is a Jr. and has never notified the mortgage company that our parents are deceased...Recently my brother has
been drinking and gambling and gotten many months behind on his mortgage.....It may even be in foreclosure as we speak, but he won't open the mail from the mortgage company...

My question is simply: Do our daughters and I have any relief or remedy concerning the balance of their estate?

Thanks, Mike S

I agree; hire a lawyer to investigate to see if there is anything for y'all to salvage.
