Foreclosure

What is the name of your state? Florida

My house in Florida has gone through the preliminary hearing (on the 16th of this month) of foreclosure. Today I found that the mortgage company put levies on all bank accounts with my name on them. Some of these accounts belong to my ex-husband and daughter, but they also have my name on them, so they would be considered joint, even though I've had nothing to do with them for years. Is it within the legal rights of the mortgage company to take the house AND sieze private property, i.e., bank accounts? The house has been on the market for over a year and has not sold. Offers were made, but the bank would not accept them.

Please, is there anyway to get the levies off of my daughter's and ex's accounts?

Anyway advise is greatly appreciated. Thank you. What is the name of your state?

Is there a "rest of the story" here?

I don't see how if your name is still on the accounts. The bank see them as yours. Pay them the money you owe and they will remove the levies.

I can not see how that is possible, based on a plain old foreclosure, so I ask what is the rest of the story!
