ForeclosureMy home has been forclosed on Feb 28,2008. The bank bought it and has asked when I can be out and is offering me money to be out by a certain day. How long should I tell tham and how much money is reasonble to accept? Thanks |

| Hopefully you have found a house, so tell them you'll be out in 5 days or 10 days. The amount I've seen around here goes as high as $1500. Keep in mind, the bank is not obligated to give you a dime. Be nice and clean the house after you've moved out. Take whatever amount they give you and move out quickly. They could rescind the offer at any time and evict you with no compensation. |
