What is the name of your state? Pennsylvanis 
the mortgage is in my name and my soon to be husband but I am not on the loan. The house is in foreclosure and I have been served papers. Why must I appear in court as a defendant when I am not financially resoinsible?What is the name of your state? |

Kindly explain HOW it is possible to HAVE THE MORTGAGE IN YOUR NAME, but not be ON THE LOAN. These are one and the same.
