What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ma
my home is the process of foreclosure (02/19/2009 auction date) I have talked with the bank and I have let them know that I have three months morgage for them (this brings me current) but I do not have all the legal fees they will be charging, I have not been able to work and I have filed for SSDI my daughter lives with me (with her 2 year old) she has been helping also my son is willing to move home to help with everything, but the bank said that is not enough and they are telling me the only way to stop foreclosure is to have someone sign the note for me (not an option) or to put my home up for sale. Is this true?
