Foreclosure affecting spouse

-I have a property that I own free and clear (in Florida).
-My spouse has a property that he has in Florida as well. His property might go into foreclosure.

How will it affect me? Will they be able to put a lien on my property? I have never had anything to do with his property (never guaranteed or co-owned it). My property is in my name only. My husband transferred the property into my name last year.

It should neither affect your property or your individual credit. However, his credit is trashed and you may find it impossible to obtain credit going forward by association.
