Foreclosure Affects on New Spouse - MN

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MN

Forgive me if this topic has been discussed ad nauseum - but I did search (a little) prior to posting...

My husband bought our current home with his ex-gf. The home is now in foreclosure. They got an 80/20 with an ARM on the first and an outrageous rate on the 2nd. I am not on ANY of the paperwork - except our marriage license.

How will this foreclosure affect me personally? I know if we try to get anything together it would negatively affect the outcome of the loan. But - can I be held responsible for any of this foreclosure?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
