Foreclosure help, PHMA etc

What is the name of your state? PA

Hubby and I received an Act 91 3 1/2 months ago. Had the option to seek advice form an agency, they assisted in setting up application with PA Mortgage Assistance Agency out of Harrisburg.
We received the letter today, denying us the loan assistance due to 3 reasons, one being that we didn't make enough $ in the past two years to pay the mortgage. Well, if we had not, we sure wouldn't still be in the home!!! We got behind in June 2004, this year, due to our company, which we own, declaring a Chapter 11 reorg. Our income came from the company. We are now trying to figure out what to do, where to live, etc. What are our options with our current lender? We love the house and don't want to lose it, but cannot afford the $1255/month payments, we can afford more like $800 or so, the way our business is going now.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated right now.
