What is the name of your state? Texas
If my mobile home is foreclosed on because I can not make the payments any more, can I get jail time or can they garnish my wages for the defiencicy judgment?
What is the possibility that my lender would forgive my debt (defiencicy judgment)? |

The "possibility"? How about zero and none.
You'll be sentenced to live for the next 5 years in a 1979 single-wide trailer, in the seediest area they can find.
