foreclosure, name not on note

What is the name of your state? ohio

Hi my husband and I have expierenced some hard times. We are both on the deed to the property, he is alone on the note and we are both on the mortgage. Who is responsible? This only shows on his credit not mine. My question is when a forclosure takes place, will it report on my credit to since we are married?

Thank you for any advice you can offer.

Yes, this will show up on your credit report but it has nothing to do with you being married; it has to do with the default on the mortgage.

No.

Google
