Foreclosure process

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

My home is set for an auction date of 07/02/08. Only days away. I attempted a Short Sale and have 3 offers pending with the bank. They are pretty low offers, what are the chances the bank will consider the offers and postpone the auction date. and, if they go ahead with the sale, how much time will they allow me to vacate and can I negotiate cash for keys, or to continue maintaining the house until they are ready to take over the house.

**A: why are you asking us? You should be asking the bank those questions.

foreclosure proceedings

well, apparently the bank won't give me a straight answer. Which is why I'm hoping someone with knowledge will help me out here.
