What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ILLINOIS FILED BANKRUPTCY IN BEGINNING OF YEAR WAS DISCHARGED IN JULY OF 2008 HOME WAS PART OF BK TRYING TO DO SHORT SALE ON PROPERTY WAS TOLD TAKES 3 MONTHS FOR SHORT SALE APPROVAL WOULD MORGT COMPANY HAVE PAID PROPERTY TAXES TO PROTECT THEIR INTEREST WHILE I TRY SHORT SALE METHOD HAVE NOT BEEN TOLD TO LEAVE HOME MORGT COMPANY DOES NOT TALK TO ME AN WAS ADVISED TO NOT TALK TO THEM SINCE THEM MORGT HAS GONE FROM AMERQUEST MORGT TO CITI HOME LOANS TO NOW DEUTSCHE BANK WHICH FILED FORECLOSURE .What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? |
