What is the name of your state? Nevada

My wife and I are in the same situation as many in Las Vegas with our house not selling and we are facing foreclosure. Does anyone know, if the house we are going to lose in foreclosure is in my wife's name only, can the mortgage lender put the foreclosure on my credit as well?

Doesn't matter who's name is on the deed, but who is on the loan.

However, even if it doesn't go on your credit, you may find it impossible to get a mortgage while married to a high risk borrower (I'll try to phrase that more tactfully than I put it when I explained that to the previous person who asked this question).
