Foreclosure and Rent Payment

What is the name of your state? FL

I rent a property that went into foreclosure, I was alerted by the lender of there action and was told not to pay them the upcoming rent. I ask so whom do I pay and when, the lender advise me not to pay anybody until he gets the paper work in order. He called me 2 weeks later requesting me to pay rent, only showing me a copy of a legal document stating he filed an CTI. When am I obligated to pay and stop questioning? Am I jepordizing myself as a renter by questioning and acting hostile with my money?

Why are you acting "hostile", think you should live there rent free?

IF you do not believe the legality of the document you were presented then take it to your Atty and ask if it is legitimate.
