What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?NC
I am getting my house foreclosed because of job situations. The sale is to be on May 22. I would like to know how much time after the sale that I have to move. Is there anything I can do to stop it. I can't make the payments for the restructing. Need some help.

Have you tried selling the home? With such a short time line it may be hard to contact a realtor to help you out. I know realestate investors that work in NC that might be able to help you and even give you a few months to let you find another place to live and stop the foreclosure. Mind you investors like myself are out to make a profit, but I know these ppl well and they do not try to abuse the situation. Contact me veronicasurvey at yahoo I will contact you asap and or have someone that can buy the property from you quickly contact you. Please try to contact a realtor first though or see if the bank will grand you an extransion. Exhaust all other possibilities if nothing else works then an investor can at least liquidate your interestest in the property, stop a foreclosure from blotching up your credit and let you start fresh so you are free to find employment etc and get back on your feet. If there is enough equity in your property you may want to consider refi the property and use the equity to catch up and/or live off for a bit until you get another job. If all else fails consider filling for BK to give you some time to get your ducks in a row.
There are a lot of options out there. Dont let the Foreclosure take you by surprise and dont stand by helpless and get evicted. Best of luck and contact me if I can be of any assistance thru my profile. veronicasurvey at yahoo
