Foreclouser/buy pending sale of another house

What is the name of your state? Texas
I am wanting to buy property that is in foreclouser. The foreclouser division said I need to hire a lawyer to have the morage reinstated and have an agreement drawn up to purchase home pending the sale of my other house.
What is this called, what type of lawyer do I need, how much is this going to cost, can you help fill in any of the blanks??
