forged sale of my home

What is the name of your state? Florida:
I just recieved copies of papers (hud forms and buyer seller forms) from a mortgage servicing company that has forged signatures of my husband and myself. These papers were used to obtain a mortgage on our home in someone elses name. The notary on these papers is a man that owns a credit repair company that charged us $25,000 to help repair our credit. The person that supposedly "bought" our property is his father-in-law. The title company is also owned by this man, and most of the other companies listed on the payoff forms don't exist. The mortgage servicing company is investigating this fraud, but I want to know what my next step should be. We have sent the servicing company forgery affidavits. (We have a mortgage on our property also).

It's really sad to hear this because forging your husband's sign is a crime and that too it is on mortgage purpose so it is better if you contact police and it will be better if you react faster.
