Forging mortgage reimbursement check

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana

My ex husband forged my name on a mortgage reimbursement check and I didnt know anything about it until the mortgage company sent me a late bill reflecting that credit. How can the bank allow him to do such a thing???

Ask your ex-husband.
Ask the bank.
Call the police. This is a criminal matter. Depending on the amount, it could be a felony.
