getting name off title

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? illinois

Ex refuses to take my name off of two home titles. Does she need to refinance to remove my name from the title. I have nothing to do with the properties, make no income. Legally, I want no part of the properties. How do I get my name off?

Is your name also on the mortgage? If not, she shouldn't have to refinance to take your name off the titles.

What did the judge order?
