| | | HOA sue us for payment?
What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? california
we couldnt make mortgage payments or HOA dues for 6 months, we tried short selling but no offers, so now its in foreclosure. We get a letter from collection wanting payment for HOA fees and late fees totaling 5k due by the end of the month and no partial payments accepted. Theres no way we can pay it. Can they sue us for the fees if we ignore it? |
