home loan document

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA
I am currently going threw a divorce & recently discovered that my soon to be x had got a home loan & forged my name and i noticed that on 1 of the loan applications read as stated Source of Down Payment,Settlement Charges and/or Subordinate Financing (explain) and it reads PROCEEDS 70% OF 401K. What does this mean?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
