House Foreclosure/auctionWhat is the name of your state? CA My home in California was in default, now to pre and finally foreclosre. I was notified by mail that my home was due for auction in April, this month. How long after notice does this auction begin and once begun, how long before I am forced to move out?Thank you Last edited by JUDYSIOBHAN; 04-06-2008 at 10:46 PM. |

| The notice you have set should list the date and place of the sale (at least 20 days later). The property will be sold on that date. After the sale the new owner needs to start an eviction. That can take a month or more including more court by you unless you just get out. |
