How to handle evicted persons personal belongings

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

I have recently foreclosed on a home in North Carolina. The previous owners have not moved there belongings from the home. What are my options and what is the fastest way to get them out?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

The fastest way is often to offer them cash to get out.

You get file for and get a court order for ejectment, that gives them 10 days to get their stuff. After that, you can haul it off as you like.
