How hard is it to foreclose in Florida?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
We are thinking about holding the papers when we sell our house. How hard is it to foreclose in Florida if they stop paying the mortgage and it is their primary residence? What would be a typical cost and time to do this?
