| It depends on who buys it. It may be bought back buy the bank holding your mortgage. Some banks move faster than others. When I buy a house at the sheriff's sale, I'm prepared the file the paperwork as soon as the deed has been prepared (30 days or so). I've seen some banks takes weeks, and then offer "cash for keys" to get the homeowner out. So, like I said, it depends. |
