What is the name of your state? Virginia

Hi, the property at which I'm residing right now is undergoing the process of foreclosure.
Letters started to come in from the bank and a law firm threatening to foreclose on the property if the accelerated due amount is not received within 14 days.
Does that mean that I'll be homeless in 14 days?
What's the typical turnaround time for the eviction notice to be issued in a case where the certified letters from banks an law firms starts to come in?

Thanks

Yes.

The 14 days is the notice for the non-judicial foreclosure.
As soon as the foreclosure takes place the buyer has the option to turn you out IMMEDIATELY.

That letter you got *IS* the notice.
You've got 14 days.
