What is the name of your state? Texas

In the state of Texas - After a Mortgage has been forclosed on and the home has been sold, What is the usual amount of time before the resident is required to move?

There is no set time, but could be as short as two weeks. Expect a real nice letter in the mail.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

The home went up for sale on 9/5/06 it is now 10/20/06 and I havent been told to move yet. The Mortgage company bought it back and have been stringing me along in regards to weither or not they will reinstate the forbearance plan. They tell me to call them back everyweek and everyweek they say the same thing - call back next week we are still waiting to here from the attorney's. Would anyone know exactly WHAT they are waiting to here?

Yep. The OWNER of the property (mortgage company) very likely knows. Ask them.

The mortgage company could have bought it back and may be planning to put back on the market through a real estate company or auctioning on the court house stairs.

Be proactive. Find another place to live. Few things are as unpleasant as having an eviction notice on the front door for all to see.
