How to place lien on Our properties for cash investors?

What is the name of your state? MICHIGAN

We have cash investors to fund our house rehab projects. We have notorized promissary notes explaining all the details of the short term loan. We'd like to register liens on our properties for the cash investors. The grand rapids, michigan deed office was no help in telling us how to do it for our situation. what form do we need to fill out or create in order to give it to the deed office to place a lien?
