Question

I am unsure of what to do.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Utah

Ok, so My husband and I just bought a house with my Sister in Law. I am not on the title and my husband and his mother seem to think that we can re-fi with out me on the title. My husband doesn't make enough money on his own and my sister in law doesn't work. Do I have to be on the title for us to re-fi ?

**A: if you just bought the house why are you looking at a refi?
