illegal foreclosureWhat is the name of your state? missouri ok here is the deal i am not a dead beat nor do i not want to pay my bills, i owned my home since 1998, with no mortgage problem. i fell on hard times in workers comp case had no family with $ to help, so i was going to do a forbearance and have payments added back into loan with modification, the morequity company said they were sending a inspector out to make sure house was worth $ to redo loan. was trying to keep up with bills but they would not accept partial payments. i went to graduate from college and they came in my home and popped the locks i had received a paperwork from company 2 days before i went to graduate about being ok with forebearance i come home to the locks changed called cops they said not their problem called mortage co a number of times have cell records for this, and no response never received a letter to tell me they were forclosing, finally got the realtor whom took over house to allow me in to get my items out of house. i am not sure what to do. not a paper was signed by me, never got notice other than the paperwork 2 days prior to this that everything was going as planned with forbearance and inspector shall be out within couple days. that is it. is this illegal? should i contact lawyer? anyone know a good one in st louis missouri? i never saw any newspaper , i never heard anything about a sale but someone is now moved into it. i can not get anyone to respond to me. |

| You should have gotten a certified letter 20 days before the sale. Did you dodge picking that up at the post office because it required a signature? Your only option at this point is a lawyer. |
