What is the name of your state? NH I own rental property which I pay all the utilities. In paying for the heat - is there a certain temperature in the apartment that I must maintain? We would like to put a timer on the heaters so they will come on at certain times, etc. Thank you.

**A: there is no law in the L/T statutes that reference a specfic termperature. Suffice to say, the termperature would be dictated by the indivdual tenants and their respective comfort zones in relation to the fluctuating outside ambient air temperatures. For a second opinion, talk to a local mechanical engineer.
