What is the name of your state? Minnesota
I sell my house next month and the closing is set for the 12th. Do I still need to make my mortgage payment for august? Ive asked the mortgage company before, and they said yes, because you owe the interest on the loan for the previous month. They said if you dont make the payment it could messup the closing and they will go after you to get the payment anyway. is that true? |
