legal forms

What is the name of your state? nc

I'm fixing to purchase a pc of land with two fixer-upers on it. The seller agreed to do owner financing till I sell my house. I have to get the forms. Is there anywhere on the net to get free legal forms like this? I haven't been able to find any.

**A: you don't need legal forms, what you need is a good real estate attorney.

AND your dealing with a seller who is such a legal novice that he would agree to a free internet download contract for a complex contingency financing deal.

AGREED! The houses may be do-it-yourself fixer-uppers, but the purchase and legal documents should only be done by a professional who will keep your best interests in mind! Make sure you do a title search. Also buy owners title insurance.
Read some of the horror stories on this website. Save yourslef some money! Get it done right!
