lein foreclosure

What is the name of your state? fl. Hi i am an real estate investor and i would like you to explain to me about lein foreclosure, because i am not sure what happens after i buy a lein at the court in fl. How will i use the lein as an investment and whats the laws in fl about lein foreclosure. thanks deo persaud
