Lein in my name on xhusband property

What is the name of your state? Wisconsin
My ex and I got divorced in 9/2002. He got our house and it states so in our divorce papers. We never refinanced and my name is still on mortgage. there is a lein on the property in my name for his truck. I never drove the truck not more than 5% of the time. It was his work truck and We had our son at the time the carseat was in my car I 90% of the time had my son. He says he can not refiance the house b/c of Lein (him and new wife live there) I don't feel I should have to pay the lein b/c its for a truck that I never drove and he stopped making payments on it during our seperation. Though I also would like to be able to refiance the house to get my name off the mortgage. Is there any way around this issue, besides me just paying off the lein? Is there a way to get the lein put in his name?

If he can't pay the lien/payments chance are he will not qualify for a refi unless her credit is excellent.
