liability question

What is the name of your state? FL
myself and my wife buy a house. we are both on the title / deed. the mortgage loan is in just her name. are we both liable for the mortgage loan?

What do you mean by liable?

If you mean default, your wifes credit is screwed and I guess yours is OK,
