I live in Colorado. I lend a fair amount of money to a friend. He signed a note stating he owes me the money. The note has been noterized. I don't trust him to pay me and I want to put a lien on his house. How do I do this?

Thanks!!

**A: get him to sign a mortgage to you and record same on title. Something you should have done from day one.
