walking away from mortagage letting them foreclose

What is the name of your state?MINNESOTA
QUESTION: I can't afford my house payments any more. I'am on SSDI. What
trouble can I get into, if I was to walk away from the house, let them foreclose. But purchased a Mobile Home before the forecloser started?

Lot's of trouble.

Have you considered selling the home?

Tell us more about your situation - mortgage balance(s), home value etc...
How old are you? Reason I ask is maybe a reverse mortgage would be an option for you and you need to be 62 or so to be eligible.
